The T.O. Do List: Dec. 3

1. With proper house music now pumping out of a wider range of T.O. venues than it has in years, the time is right for one of the city’s key promoters, Boogie Inc., to start up a house-specific web community. The launch of Underonehouse.com is a two-room affair, featuring our best — Kenny Glasgow and Nitin among them — alongside MTLers jojoflores and Vivie-Ann as well as global biggies Osunlade and Dennis Ferrer. A master of twisting the groove, Ferrer is again topping charts with his single, “Hey Hey.” Maro (135 Liberty). $15 from MilkAudio.com, Wantickets.com.

2. Zero 7 — the UK duo behind omnipresent 2001 hit “Destiny” is back. Eska’s folky guest vocals on their recent Yeah Ghost album tour give the boys’ tracks a jazzy feel, but with their electro style cleverly inserted underneath, you’ll get more than a hint of what landed their previous release inches away from the Best Electronic/Dance Grammy. Zero 7 plays the Phoenix (410 Sherbourne) tonight. $30 from Ticketmaster. 8pm.

3. Labels like “fiction” and “non-fiction” are just shackles for librarians. This week, get gonzo at “What’s the New Line?,” a game-show-style discussion hosted by The Production Front, a.k.a. Sheila Heti and Margaux Williamson, and featuring acclaimed former New Yorker and McSweeney’s contributor Lawrence Weschler, who attempts to redraw (or perhaps just erase) the line between hard facts and pure invention. 8pm. $10.
