After a few days to reflect, it appears to us (as things
so often do when you reflect on them) that Adam Giambrone's fall was likely inevitable,
and it was imminently foreseeable — not by us, who did not know the
details of his intimate affairs, but certainly by Gaimbrone himself,
who has been an apprentice politician since his mid-teen years. The way
all of this unfolded only demonstrates that he is far from ready to be

Unions have improved the lives of millions of people, including those workers who are not unionized. Healthcare, retirement benefits, social services, you name it — the labour movement has pushed to expand it and protect it. Perhaps all of that is worth remembering at a time like this when
