This romantic play bridges the art of dance, poetry and theatre with such ease that performers Renee Hackett and Miranda Calderon take you to a timeless, dark and beautiful space. Director Yevgeniya Falkovich creates a foggy mood by using a white-on-black scheme with a simple set. The lighting impressively adds to the haunting atmosphere, but the use of chalk to draw a large butterfly on the floor is just tacky. Aside from a slightly overworked script and a few spots in need of editing, this is a Fringe gem.
