Toronto Life Square Toilet

BY Shawn Micallef   January 30, 2008 13:01

Torontonians either love or hate the area surrounding Yonge-Dundas Square, but it’s likely everybody can agree that the recently opened Toronto Life Square — formerly known as Metropolis — isn’t inspiring architecture or interior design. Though possibly Toronto’s most visible and prime location, the view from Yonge-Dundas Square looks straight into the heart of a dowdy Future Shop utility corridor on the second floor. Watch as employees make their way from a pair of washrooms to their break room, complete with cheap folding chairs and tables. The big question: does Toronto Life regret buying the naming rights to Toronto’s most prominent toilet?
