Zelda’s (524 Church, 416-922-2526): With patio sightlines like this, they could serve shards of glass in your burger and you’d still happily pay for the privilege. (Of course, the burger is made instead with never-frozen beef and herbs, which makes it all the better.)

Fuzion (580 Church, 416-944-9888): It’s a wonder that it took eons to get this corner so right; who knew all it took was some South Beach loungey atmo and a chef who could cook something other than souvlaki? Jimmy G did.

O’Grady’s (518 Church, 416-323-2822): Pub by day, perhaps, but it’s Friday’s Bear Night (for those of a more ursine persuasion) that makes this one popular spot — oh and who can forget the free nacho platters. Dieters need not enter here.

Village Rainbow (477 Church, 416-961-0616): Rest assured that when all the other patios are filled, there’s always gonna be room left on this one.
Byzantium (499 Church, 416-922-3859): It may seem as old as the Village itself, but this fixture is still one of the best places for a cold, girly ’tini — not to mention the romantic patio out back that nobody seems to know about.
George Bigliardi’s (463 Church, 416-922-9594): The owners of this establishment seem not to have noticed that they’re not in Kansas anymore. Don’t bother.
