The Silver Stage: Buffy the Vampire Slayer

EYE WEEKLY Review:

The cheesy, action-packed, musical episode of Buffy, “Once More With Feeling,” lends itself well to the shadow-cast treatment, cleverly directed by the energetic Justin Decloux. Adding jokes to the in-jokes and hijinx to the already mayhem-filled proceedings, the cast dance, frolic and cavort through the hour-long season-six hit. The dashing twelve-year-old Nathan Wilson is way fun as Spike; Tycoda Gilecki is a stellar, dancetastic Sweet (who totally has the best songs); and Hannah Edwards does excellent stunt dancing for a few of the roles. Come here to get your kumbayayas out!
