HOW LONG: Capobianco bought her first unit in the building in 2002, then sold it and bought a larger one down the hall in August 2008.
FAVOURITE THINGS: With the profit Capobianco made selling her original unit, she was able to revamp her new home, transforming the den into a Parisian-style dressing room. She also added bamboo flooring throughout the suite, plush carpeting to the stairs and textured wallpaper to two accent walls. “And then I ran out of money!” says Capobianco. “So I’m now saving up for the granite counter and the final piece: a crystal chandelier. When I get that, I’ll know that I’ve made it!”
