WHO: Stacey Case, 40, owner of Merch Guy screen-printing studio and the Trash Palace movie theatre, Pillow Fight League founder and commissioner, and drummer for The Weirdies; Dawn Weaver (a.k.a. Demolition Dawn), 38, graphic designer, photographer, vice-president of the Toronto Roller Derby League and skater for the Smoke City Betties; and fraternal felines Chico and Toro, both 7.

WHAT: Loft in the Queen and Brock area.



HOW LONG: Purchased eight months ago.

FAVOURITE THING ABOUT YOUR PLACE: “The brick walls and high ceilings,” says Case. “And the location: we love Parkdale. The liquor store and our favourite roti are only a block away.”
